Johnson Advisors provides monthly and quarterly oversight services. Monthly or quarterly oversight services include a review of all balance sheet accounts to obtain assurance that accounts are properly stated at month or quarter end. Our staff also analyzes the income statement and transaction journals to determine the accuracy of postings. If adjustments are necessary, we will develop them and accertain that they are recorded properly. At the end of each month or quarter, we provide management with a summary of our findings. We also compare the financial results to prior periods to provide management with an awareness of their progress and to identify positive and negative trends.
